Brooks Jenson, the publisher of Lenswork has a wonderful podcast. Consider tuning in. In one podcast, he suggested that you should always go into the field with business cards. It is a sign that you are a professional. In another podcast, he suggested that you carry a small bound portfolio of your images in your photo bag. That way, if you are challenged by a skeptic while capturing images, you can demonstrate that you are really a professional and that know what you are doing.
Well, I've combined the two suggestions. Yes, I know that other photogs use photo business cards. Me, I'm going to have a set of various images that I can present as a portfolio and as a method of contact.
I will make these images, minus the advertising copy, available in the near future for purchase.
